Chad White is the Founder and President of Safe Harbor Wealth Management and proudly serves clients as a SmartVestor Pro. With the heart of a teacher he will be celebrating 30 years of experience as a Financial Advisor this January 2026, Chad specializes in helping individuals and families confidently transition into retirement by integrating investment management and proactive tax planning.

Chad holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation, earned through graduate-level coursework in investment management taught in conjunction with the Wharton School of Business, and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, which he obtained in 2004. He has also earned the Enrolled Agent (EA) designation — the highest credential awarded by the IRS to tax professionals — allowing him to blend the two worlds of investments and taxes to deliver more comprehensive Retirement Strategies. Chad is the author of the published article “5 No-Nonsense Steps to the CIMA®.”

Chad holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 & 65 registrations with Commonwealth Financial Network® and is licensed in Life and Health Insurance in the State of New Jersey. Securities and advisory services are offered through Commonwealth Financial Network®, a Registered Investment Adviser.

Chad resides in Southampton, New Jersey, with his wife, Patty. He has two grown daughters, Melanie and Rachel. Melanie and her husband Derek, an engineer, reside in Orlando Florida, where Melanie works for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Rachel lives in Arlington, Virginia and works for a software company. Chad also has two stepsons Mason & Dylan who are both currently attending the Business School at Penn State. Chad and his wife Patty are both active members of Calvary Chapel Gloucester County.
